Reconnect at Kent Programme

The University of Kent is offering young people aged 11-16 who are eligible for free school meals free places on our Reconnect at Kent programme.

Running from Monday 16 August to Thursday 19 August, Reconnect at Kent will provide a variety of sports, physical activity, arts and creative sessions with two morning and two afternoon sessions either side of a free, healthy lunch.

The sports sessions will be led by our Sports Development Team and include tennis, football and cricket alongside other physical activities and challenges within our campus sports facilities. The creative and arts sessions will be delivered by the Gulbenkian Team who manage the onsite theatre, cinema and music hall. The sessions will cater for all abilities and levels.

Reconnect at Kent is part of the Kent County Council's Reconnect programme. Families and young people are able to apply for free bus travel passes as part of Reconnect.
