Funding for KMPF Partner School Students

We all know that finances can be a worry for a young person considering going to University, especially amongst those groups who are traditionally under-represented in higher education.

KMPF's university partners understand this worry and offer scholarships and bursaries to help those who need it most and you can see the financial aid on offer from our partners in the below links:

Partner School Award from Canterbury Christ Church University

Canterbury Christ Church University is offering former students from partner schools and colleges the opportunity to apply for the Partner School Award which enables them access to £500 per year of study.

This award offers the opportunity for students to carry out part-time work alongside the Student Ambassadors in The Outreach Team, participating in paid Outreach activities to promote University to students in schools and colleges in Kent and Medway, who might not otherwise consider accessing Higher Education.

Student Ambassador Stipend from The University of Kent

The University of Kent is offering 40 awards of £1,000 per annum available to applicants from the University’s partner schools and colleges.

This award has been created for students who are interested in becoming involved in outreach work during their undergraduate programme. The Student Ambassador Stipend offers successful applicants an award of £1,000 per year alongside an exclusive programme of training and work experience specifically designed to enhance their employability skills. As well as regular training to develop the skill necessary to support and, eventually deliver a range of activities in schools and colleges.
