Partners > University of Kent
The University of Kent provides both KMPF and KaMCOP outreach activities to partner schools and colleges.
The University of Kent, 'the UK’s European university', is one of the country’s most dynamic universities. Established in 1965, it now has over 20,000 students studying at its various campuses in the south-east of England and European sites in Athens, Brussels, Paris and Rome. Their well-established external networks and partnerships with leading universities in Europe and around the world offer students many opportunities to study and work abroad.

The University of Kent was awarded a gold rating, the highest, in the UK Government’s Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) 2017. They were ranked in the top 10% of the world’s universities for international outlook in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2018 and were ranked 21st in the Times Higher Education (THE) ‘Table of Tables’ 2017.
For over 15 years, the University of Kent has concerned itself with widening access to higher education to all those who could benefit and has delivered major innovation and success in this field alongside the University’s core objectives of excellence in teaching and research.
Their continued commitment to widen access has resulted in the development of a multimillion pound campus at Medway, significant investment in a range of nationally recognised outreach schemes, as well as providing a focus for excellence in the region through their association with a number of partner schools and colleges.
