Gavin Delf

KMPF Hub Manager

As KMPF Hub Manager, Gavin has oversight of the KMPF collaborative programme on behalf of partner universities, colleges, and schools.

Joni Chase

Development Manager (FE)

Joni is responsible for the development and delivery of outreach and progression programmes with further education college partners across Kent and Medway.

Ally Kent

Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

Ally is responsible for the development and implementation of robust evaluation and monitoring strategies for all KMPF and Uni Connect outreach projects.

Nathan Hazledene

Schools Attainment Manager

Nathan is responsible for delivery of the Partnership’s offer to schools across Kent and Medway around the attainment raising programme, which is a key element of the national Uni Connect project for 2022-23.

Laura Charter

Schools and Partnerships Lead

Laura supports the coordination and facilitation of outreach activities in schools. She also has responsibility for our work with local young people in and leaving care and community outreach.

Phillip Marsh

Data Processing and Reporting Officer

Phillip is responsible for processing and reporting on KMPF baseline questionnaires, helping schools to identify students who will benefit most from taking part in outreach activities.

Suzanne Ridley

Finance and Administration Officer

Suzanne coordinates the Uni Connect finances and reporting, whilst providing administrative support to partnership meetings and the wider team.

Gill Coston

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Gill is responsible for monitoring the delivery of KMPF collaborative outreach programmes and evaluating their impact.
