KaMCOP Cohort

KaMCOP activities are on offer to schools and students in Years 9 - 13 from specific geographical locations in Kent and Medway. These postcode wards are identified by the Office for Students (OfS) and are characterised by:

  • Low levels of participation in higher education
  • A 'participation gap' – i.e. GCSE attainment information tells us that participation in higher education could be higher
  • Being situated within areas of relative deprivation

KMPF supports schools who are eligible to take part in KaMCOP activities to select students who are from these postcodes. You can check individual postcodes using KMPF's postcode checker. Alternatively, you can contact the KMPF Support Team who can check postcodes for groups of students and confirm who is part of the KaMCOP Cohort.

Schools who are eligible to participate in both KMPF and KaMCOP outreach activities, will receive confirmation of KaMCOP postcodes in their Baseline Summary Reports after students complete KMPF Baseline forms.
